Our process begins with sourcing the highest quality beans from the best growing regions in Costa Rica. We then, carefully inspect them to ensure they meet our high standards for quality and consistency. Next, the master roaster selects the appropriate roast profile for each coffee variety based on its unique characteristics and flavor profile. This may include factors such as origin, varietal, altitude, and processing method. Once our coffee has been roasted to perfection, it is immediately packaged and sent to our customers to ensure that they receive the freshest and best-tasting coffee possible.
